Individual Therapy

Sometimes our patterns, behaviours, or relationships stop working for us – and we end up feeling stuck.  When clients work with me, they develop a greater awareness of themselves and the patterns in their lives that are no longer working for them. Together, we explore ways to move forward and gain the knowledge and tools to make profound and lasting change.  Not only do we find solutions to current challenges, but we develop the skills that you need to find new ways of facing future challenges.
